    Observations

    • The mid-range model of Sonel's KT series. A 384 × 288 sensor identical to the already-covered HIKMICRO M31, FOTRIC 346A, and Trotec IC080 LV in this comparison, with a NETD of 40 mK sitting exactly between the KT-670 (30 mK, 640×480) and the KT-560 (50 mK, same 384×288 sensor). The KT-560 and KT-650 therefore share the same resolution but not the same sensitivity, proving that Sonel differentiates its ranges by the detector itself rather than solely by the processing electronics.
    • Shares the same datasheet as the KT-670 and the KT-560, which guarantees a level of documentation consistency higher than what's seen at RS PRO.
