Observations
The first RS PRO model in this comparison. An own brand of the industrial distributor RS Components, sold under standardized datasheets but manufactured by an unidentified third party — a situation unique in this catalog, where every other model carries the name of its actual manufacturer.
A NETD inconsistency within the official datasheet itself. The very same datasheet lists both '<0.05°C at 30°C' AND '80mK' as the NETD value for the same device — two figures that don't match (0.05°C equals 50 mK). This is the first time in this comparison that this kind of inconsistency appears WITHIN A SINGLE DOCUMENT rather than between two different sources. Value used here out of caution: 80 mK, the less favorable of the two.
An internal memory of 3.4 GB advertised with unusual precision (most manufacturers round the figure), likely a sign of a datasheet translated or copied from the original manufacturer's documentation without verification.
