Number of the sensor's measurement points, shown to the catalog's scale.
The largest sensor in the database has 327 680 points.
Published by the manufacturer
A manufacturer NETD discrepancy — the third case found at InfiRay in this comparison. The official datasheet and its PDF spec sheet list 60 mK, while several product pages from the same manufacturer cite '≤50mK' for a very similar model (T3S), with yet other figures depending on the retailer. Value used here: the one from the official PDF datasheet, the most authoritative source available.

Observations
A 17 µm PIXEL PITCH, versus 12 µm for most of the recent 256 × 192 modules in this comparison: the InfiRay's 384 × 288 sensor isn't simply 'bigger', it uses a different detector generation, which partly explains its more modest sensitivity despite the higher resolution.
A 13 mm germanium lens with manual focus, geared toward long-range observation rather than macro work.
Powered directly through the phone's USB-C port, with no battery of its own; advertised power draw under 500 mW.
