    Observations

    • FLUKE ENTRY-LEVEL MODEL, A STARK CONTRAST WITH THE ALREADY-COVERED TiX501 AND Ti401 PRO IN THIS COMPARISON: a 120 × 90 sensor, the smallest of the entire brand, versus 640 × 480 for the flagship models. Same manufacturer, same advertised reliability standard, yet a resolution gap of more than twenty-five times between the cheapest and priciest models in the range.
    • Like the Ti401 PRO, comes in two versions depending on frame rate (9 Hz referenced here), confirming that Fluke systematically splits its ranges along this regulatory criterion rather than treating it as a secondary spec.
    • Full radiometry confirmed, unlike several competing entry-level models in the same price segment that don't document it.
    • Neither measurement accuracy nor NETD conditions are published — a gap also found on the Ti401 PRO from the same brand.
